1. About Us

Ivy Lux Serenity, LLC (“Ivy Lux Serenity,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a California-registered limited-liability company headquartered in Sacramento, CA. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ivyluxserenity.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products or services offered through the Site.

By visiting the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy (linked in the footer). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Site and place an order.

3. Products & Descriptions

We are a drop shipping retailer; inventory is held by third-party suppliers. Product images, descriptions, dimensions, and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge but may vary slightly from the final item. All items are offered “as is” and at your own risk of use.

4. Prices, Taxes & Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment Methods: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout.

  • Sales Tax: Orders shipped within the United States will include any applicable state or local sales tax at checkout.

  • International Duties/Customs: If you order for delivery outside the United States, you are the importer of record and responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees in your country.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

  • Transit Time: Average 5-15 days (business days) from dispatch; estimates vary by destination.

  • Service Area: We ship to most—but not all—international destinations. Countries we cannot service will be flagged at checkout.

  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Delivery delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date the parcel shows “delivered” in the carrier tracking system.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Procedure: Email IvyLuxSerenity@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will supply a return authorization and instructions.

  • Refund Method: Original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

7. Marketing Communications & Data Use

When you place an order or join our mailing list, you consent to Ivy Lux Serenity collecting and storing your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and purchase history for:

  • Transactional notifications (order confirmations, shipping updates, refunds)

  • Promotional email campaigns, SMS alerts, retargeting ads, and loyalty offers

  • Internal analytics to improve product offerings and customer experience

Opt-Out

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any Ivy Lux Serenity marketing email or by emailing IvyLuxSerenity@gmail.com with the subject line “Opt Out.” Opting out will not affect transactional or legally required communications.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and the Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ivy Lux Serenity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid Ivy Lux Serenity for the product at issue.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
